

Inflow of remittances witnessed a year-on-year growth of 9.9 percent reaching US$2,339 million in the first 28 days of October, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued.
Last year, during the same period, the country’s remittance inflow was $2,129 million, reports BSS.
During the July to October 28, 2025 of the current fiscal year, expatriates sent remittances of $9,925 million, which was $8,672 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
